This book is a practical, beginner-friendly guide to building real software projects in Replit—directly in the browser, without complicated local setup. You learn what Replit is used for and how to create a new project with a clear goal, such as a simple website, a contact manager, a task tool, or a booking request page. Step by step, you explore the Replit workspace: files, editor, live preview, console, settings, and where errors show up, so you always know what to check when something breaks. You then build with examples that mirror real business needs. The book guides you through planning and creating a simple business website with homepage sections, service descriptions, a contact form, mobile layout, and a clear call to action. You also build a small internal tool (task list or project overview) using forms, lists, status fields, and editing. Next comes a simple customer system with names, notes, status, search, and a detail view, followed by a dashboard with cards, counts, lists, and recent activity. Finally, you learn the essentials of data and publishing: saving data, connecting a database, protecting keys with environment variables, testing create/update/delete flows, preparing for deployment, publishing online, setting up domains and HTTPS, and updating a live project safely.
