Terms of Use for BSL

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BSL (“App”), a service provided by Stundner GmbH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

BSL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Membership
4. Subscription Description: The App may offer subscription services which grant you access to additional features and content. These subscriptions are automatically renewable.
5. Billing and Renewal: Subscription fees will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew after the end of each subscription period unless canceled. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6. Cancellation Policy: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
7. Changes to Subscription Fees: BSLreserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. However, we will provide adequate notice of any changes.
8. No Refunds: Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by law.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App.

5. Intellectual Property
6. All intellectual property rights in the App, its content, and all underlying technology are the property of BSL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Your use of the App does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property or the intellectual property of third parties in the App.

6. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to post or upload content, you agree to take full responsibility for that content, ensuring that it is legal, decent, and respectful.

7. App Modifications and Availability

BSL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you. 

8. Limitation of Liability

BSL will not be liable for any damages or injury that accompany or result from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Austria.
